They’d be one in the same in every lexicon on the planet if it were humanly possible. It seems like this should be an easy fix using the current voice track. With very slight modification to the trailer’s audio, it can sound like this. So, I think Venom’s VO delivery and execution is pretty good, just doesn’t fit Venom in MVCI. I’ll pick him up when #MvCI is rereleased.Īll that said, who is the imbecile that approved his voice?Īs Event Hubs points out, voice edits are popping up online. He is almost totally identical to his MvC2 self, right down to his animations, which is perfect. #MarvelvsCapcomInfinite #MvCIįinal thoughts on Venom: he looks exactly like what I want him to look like. The delivery is fine but just modify it to have a low pitch voice. ADM | Jacob “CrazyFingers” Messer November 22, 2017 The delivery is great but it’s missing modulation, and a guttural feel. I think hit the nail on the head with Venom’s voice. Winter Soldier and Black Widow both look boring AF from an outside observer, Venom looks cool but holy hell is his voice actor miscast! Venom looks cool but I really don’t like the voice they gave him. His VO in the 90s Spidey cartoon is the standard here □ Hopefully the pitch of his voice is much lower, and a bit of the distortion is added. I’m a massive Venom fan, and I’m stoked to see him done so well. He looked pretty good, but that voice totally ruins the character! Capcom really messed up Venom’s voice in Marvel vs Capcom Infinite. After watching the debut trailer, many fans are not happy with Venom’s voice! Some are even trying to fix it. Another example is "Reversals" In 2d and 3d the meanings are completely different. On December 5, Venom is one of three characters headed to Marvel vs. I play alot of game series but I'm an idiot and get confused easily because there are some terms that go across series and have different meanings and I think that's silly. I know it sounds like I'm obsessing over a little word but I hate confusing terms. I think they should be more specific and say which characters can and cannot wavedash when using that term. ![]() Some just hop forward, some duck down and dash in. Unlike 3d games in 2d games when you tap forward twice and dash not every character dashes the same. To me if your character doesn't crouch down in their dash then the term can't be applied. It also said you don't need to Duck cancel to wavedash in MvC3. Your example from MvC2 sounds like the same thing(although performed in a different way) but on the SRK thread for MvC3 it just sounds like they are using the term "wavedashing" for just linking regular dashes together. When you link them together rapidly(a total pain in the ass to do) the character's head bobs up and down and looks like waves in the ocean hence "wavedashing". The character both avoids high moves and gains ground at the same time. A crouch dash is exactly what the name says, the character crouches down and dashes forward and it's one move, usually a dragon punch motion or a quarter circle forward motion. In Tekken Wavdashing is linking crouch dashes together not regular dashes. Ok I thought it would end up confusing some people.
